At Digar Kiona S.L., we are convinced that young people are the future and that is why we want to support them. Thanks to the Stable Recruitment Programme for Young People registered in the National Youth Guarantee System, we have been able to offer young people from the Community of Madrid the opportunity to work and grow professionally in our company.
This programme, co-financed by the European Social Fund, is a great tool to promote youth employment and ensure that young people can access job and training offers. In addition, thanks to the youth employment initiative, we can obtain direct subsidies for hiring young people registered in the Youth Guarantee.

What is Youth Guarantee?
The European Youth Guarantee initiative aims to ensure that young people between the ages of 16 and 29 can be offered a job, further education or a traineeship after leaving school or becoming unemployed.
Registration is simple and there are only a few requirements to be eligible. Once registered, young people can receive training and employment offers from companies that want to apply the incentives provided for in the current regulations to encourage the hiring of young people.
At Digar Kiona S.L. we believe that programmes such as the Youth Guarantee and the Youth Employment Initiative are necessary instruments for both young people and companies.
These programmes are linked to types of contracts that are beneficial for youth employment, such as the Training and Apprenticeship Contract, whose objective is the professional qualification of workers through a system of alternating work and training activities.
We are convinced that such programmes are vital to promote youth employment and enable young people to access the labour market.
At Digar Kiona S.L., we will continue to support young people and their professional development thanks to programmes such as the Stable Recruitment Programme for Young People registered in the National Youth Guarantee System and the European Social Fund.
