This project in the heart of Madrid has been an exercise in integral renovation where functionality and aesthetics go hand in hand. In a home for everyday use, we sought to redesign the kitchen, bathrooms and living-dining room area with a precise, balanced intervention, with great attention to detail.
The kitchen has been completely redesigned with furniture from Arredo3The Kali Bianco Maximatt 318 and Rovere finishes are made to measure according to the studio's plans, and include a stratified worktop with integrated grooves. The decorative touch is provided by the hydraulic effect porcelain tiles which will be used as the front, adding character without losing functionality. For the electrical appliances, models were selected from Balay (oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher) and Pando (induction hob and integrated hood), guaranteeing an efficient, stylish and fully equipped kitchen.
In the bathrooms, comfort is combined with contemporary design. Furniture was installed Kyoto from Visobath with double washbasins Ada in matt white, fittings Hansgrohe in black and shower sets Three Faucets with matt finish. The shower trays Novellini and the partitions model KALI PH in Total Black complete a modern and harmonious ambience. Lighting is provided by wall lights in Aromas del Campo and backlit mirrors of Bathstagewith anti-fogging system.
In the living/dining room, a custom-made composition was designed with thick shelves, decorative paneling of Kazzano and a TV unit in natural oak, all with a warm and minimalist aesthetic line, designed to integrate with the rest of the house and gain storage capacity without saturating the space.
A complete intervention that revalues the space, optimises its use and updates it with current solutions, durable materials and a clean and coherent aesthetic. An urban project with a serene soul.
