In this integral reform of a charming villa in the Ciudalcampo urbanisation, we faced the challenge of completely transforming a traditional house into a contemporary, functional and light-filled home. We redistributed the spaces from scratch: partition walls, bathrooms, kitchen, wardrobes and even the original staircase were demolished to make way for a new, more open and connected organisation.
One of the main features of the project was the Wolf aerothermal air-conditioning system, combined with underfloor heating and cooling, which guarantees year-round comfort and energy efficiency. We also renovated all the electrical and plumbing installations, integrating technical and indirect lighting by HER, thanks to recessed LED strip lighting, Nixe and Hit Zoom spotlights, and Nit Wall Up Down wall lights in key points such as stairs and the living room.
The kitchen, made to measure with Arredo3 furniture and illuminated with LEDs, incorporates a Dekton Avorio worktop and a full set of Pando and Bosch appliances: hob, oven, wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge that can be integrated, in an elegant and practical composition.
The bathrooms were carefully designed, with wall tiles by Living Ceramics, Apavisa, Tau Cerámica and Vitacer, combined with furniture by Idea Group and Visobath, black Hansgrohe taps, Novellini screens without bottom guide and London Art vinyl wallpapers that add texture and personality. The selection of sanitary ware was resolved with suspended pieces from Roca, The Gap Round series.
Storage was completely custom-designed: built-in wardrobes by Tobisa in all bedrooms and corridors. These were lacquered in off-white and designed with integrated handles, adapted to the specific needs of the family. On the outside, the doors and windows were renovated with matt black aluminium metal carpentry, with thermal break and thermal glazing.
The end result is a completely renovated home, where every material and every mark adds up to a coherent, sophisticated and welcoming whole. A space designed to be enjoyed on a daily basis, with a contemporary soul and customised solutions.
