Interior design in new housing in San Agustín del Guadalix
This complete interior design project was developed in a newly built house located in the new area of San Agustín del Guadalix. The main objective was to give each room its own personality, maintaining a coherent, functional and timeless aesthetic line for the day-to-day life of a family.
We work on a neutral base, taking advantage of the natural luminosity of the home and combining it with warm materials, made-to-measure furniture and solutions designed to accompany the growth and real needs of each user.
The main room is conceived as a serene and balanced space, designed for relaxation.
The furniture, designed by Glicerio Chaves, combines the Tundra and Pizarra finishes, providing contrast without losing warmth. The headboard, together with the bedside tables and the chest of drawers, create a uniform and elegant ensemble. To dress the windows, we opted for blinds and curtains from La Ventana de Colores and Cortidecor, in neutral tones that soften the entry of light and reinforce the feeling of calm.
In the little boy's room, it is designed as a flexible and luminous space, designed to grow with him. The furniture by Glicerio Chaves, in Tiza and Azul Lean finishes, introduces a fresher and more youthful language, without falling into excessively childish solutions.
The compact beds, storage units and desk allow you to keep things tidy and make the most of every metre. Casamance wallpaper adds a subtle decorative touch, adding texture and character without cluttering the room.
Functionality was prioritised in the master bedroom without sacrificing design. The made-to-measure furniture by Glicerio Chaves, in Pizarra and Habana finishes, was designed to integrate a rest area, storage and desk, optimising the available space.
The main bathroom maintains the aesthetic line of the rest of the house: functional, clean and elegant.
A Codis bathroom vanity unit was installed, with a Cristalplant worktop in RAL 7010 finish, combining strength and contemporary design. The mirrors, accessories and complements are from Bathstage, providing visual coherence and practical storage solutions. The technical and decorative lighting by Mimax was designed to ensure uniform and pleasant light, which is key in a space used on a daily basis.
Each space has been designed to respond to the real needs of the family, taking care in the choice of materials, finishes and suppliers to achieve a coherent, functional and long-lasting result.
A home designed to be lived in, to grow and to be enjoyed over time.
