Master bedroom for a house in Colmenar Viejo
This project focuses on the design and renovation of the master bedroom of a house located in Colmenar Viejo, conceived for a couple who had a very clear premise: to incorporate a large bed without sacrificing comfort or the use of functional bedside tables.
The solution was the design of a made-to-measure headboard with a built-in wall, which allows the bedside tables to be integrated without taking up extra space and maintaining a balanced composition. The built-in bedside tables, manufactured by Tobisa in Biscuit oak finish, were custom-designed with integrated shelf, socket and switch, guaranteeing functionality and convenience in everyday life.
A top shelf in the same finish was added above the headboard, with an integrated LED strip and touch dimmer, providing warm, adjustable lighting that reinforces the feeling of comfort and adds a subtle hotel air to the ensemble.
The ambient lighting is completed with two wall lights in a gold finish by Aromas del Campo, designed both for reading and for creating different atmospheres depending on the moment. A panoramic wallpaper by Caselio, with a tropical design in black and white that transforms the main wall and adds personality without overloading the space, was incorporated as a protagonist element.
The result is a cosy, elegant bedroom designed to the millimetre, where every decision is a balance between aesthetics and functionality, demonstrating that comfort is also planned and designed.
