In this property located in the centre of Madrid, we carried out a comprehensive renovation with the aim of updating the spaces, optimising the layout and creating a warm, contemporary aesthetic.
The project included the complete renovation of the kitchen, bathrooms, fixtures and fittings, as well as the replacement of flooring and wall coverings throughout the property. The new layout created more space and visual continuity between rooms, maximising natural light and improving the functionality of the whole property.
Furniture from the series was installed in the kitchen. Marine Board by Muebles Veri, with white fronts and wooden details, combined with a worktop in Halifax Natural Oak. The electrical appliances of Balay and the integrated bell Pando They complete a modern, practical and light-filled space, where each element is coherently integrated into the overall design.
The bathrooms have been completely transformed, with a focus on natural materials and high-performance finishes. The suspended furniture stands out. Visobath, the healthcare workers of Geberit y Rock, and the partitions of Novellini, which lend elegance and visual lightness. The lighting, designed by Her Lighting, creates a warm and enveloping atmosphere that enhances the chosen textures and tones.
Laminate flooring from Quickstep unifies the home, bringing warmth and continuity, while the white-finished metalwork and the new living room window open up the space to the outside.
The result is a renovated, balanced and harmonious home, where every detail has been carefully designed to reflect the owner's personality and offer a more comfortable, bright and welcoming everyday experience.
