In the small town of Hontanar, we carried out the integral project of this villa. Characterised by its contemporary style, which has transformed it into a sophisticated and avant-garde living space.
The refurbishment has been based on the use of microcement, a resistant and versatile material that has been used on walls and floors to create a sense of continuity throughout the space. The staircase is one of the highlights of the refurbishment, with a minimalist and elegant design that integrates perfectly into the space.
Contemporary furniture is a key part of the interior design of the home, with iconic pieces adding character and personality to the space. The minimalist and functional style is complemented by carefully selected details, such as the huge contemporary art paintings that adorn the walls.
This villa stands out for its enormous and fantastic swimming pool on the upper floor. As well as the large number of large windows throughout the house, both up and down the length of the house.
